Booking Guidelines and Policy:
The automatic booking calendar calculates the total cost of the dates entered and is based on the following prices:
Prices will be automatically prorated where holiday dates bridge different price brackets and for part week bookings e.g. 10-day duration.
Special Cancellation Policy only for UK /Turkish government travel restrictions:
If you are unable to travel to Kalkan for the dates of your booking due to government travel restrictions we will happily offer you a full credit of any monies paid to book another available date up to and including 2023. For any other cancellations our regular cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Policy:
We strongly advise guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance as soon as they have made their booking.
If you have to cancel your booking then the charge for the cancellation is on the following scale:

Cancellation notification received by us more than 10 weeks before commencement of the holiday – 50% only.

Cancellation received by us less than 10 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 100% of total holiday cost.

Holidays booked less than 10 weeks before commencement of the holiday will forfeit 100% of the holiday cost if cancelled.

Holiday extras e.g. airport transfers will be fully refunded if cancellation of holiday occurs more than 7 days before commencement of holiday
